POSITION SUMMARY:
A member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Senior Specialist, Internal Communications supports all internal communications initiatives at Boston Medical Center Health System across a variety of platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications of BMCHS, and working closely with other departments throughout the hospital and health system, this person develops a thorough understanding of the system’s strategic objectives and communicate them in accessible ways to a range of target audiences. The role also supports employee engagement through events, initiatives, and content focused on employee recognition.
