POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Evaluator (PE) will work under supervision of the Project Director to develop and implement an evaluation plan that measures the impact of the program on selected measures in the population of focus. The PE will devise and implement systems for ongoing program management, data collection, quarterly and annual evaluation, quality improvement and regional and national dissemination. 


The PE will organize, manage, and monitor various parts of the project and ensure flow of the ongoing processes and progress toward meeting the goals and objectives of the project and report formative findings to the team. The PE will ensure the quality of the data, perform data analysis, and generate evaluation and progress reports. The PE will oversee the four arms of the evaluation, including process evaluation, outcome evaluation, rapid cycle quality improvement (RCQI) and performance reporting to HRSA. The PE will be liaising and participating in monthly and quarterly team meetings with the CHC’s and the weekly Project leadership team meetings. The PE will assist with the development and implementation of the curriculum development and evaluation.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Devise and implement systems for ongoing program management, data collection, quarterly and annual evaluation/reports, quality improvement and regional and national dissemination.

  • Utilize REDCap database for trainee and faculty/staff data. This includes attaining and storing: NPI #, trainee commitment letter, confidentiality agreements, mid-year and end year evaluations, weekly data sheets, seminar evaluation forms, exit interview and site feedback forms.

  • Collect data and compose the quarterly and end year progress report.

  • Schedule and attend weekly meetings for the stakeholders: project leadership and management team, and monthly/quarterly meeting with the CHC and curriculum development teams.

  • Solicit qualitative input from CHC site supervisors on a quarterly basis, using a brief structured interview-assess/review program evaluation data and formulate quality improvement plans.

  • Get the Affiliation agreements and MOU’s with CHC partners signed/ready on a yearly basis.

  • Assist with Curriculum Design, Development, and Evaluation.

  • Compose invoices, billing, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.

  • Assist with APA matching, scheduling interviews, recruitment and orientation of trainees.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

Masters in Public Health (MPH) 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

N/A

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in mixed-methods research  

  • One year experience during/post attainment of an MPH

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):

  • Familiarity/experience with RedCap platform and knowledge of advanced statistical analysis  

  • Data entry, computer management, Microsoft skills 

  • Timeliness manner in accordance with the Project expectations and deadlines

  • Critical thinking skills, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Detail-oriented and organized 

  • Dedicated to incorporating and improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE) approaches in her workplace and through community engagement
