The Department of Ophthalmology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center is seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level specializing in Oculoplastics, Orbit, Reconstructive, and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Ours is a large, urban academic practice with all subspecialties represented among our faculty members. Applicants must have a commitment to outstanding clinical care, education, and research. Our mission is to provide “exceptional care without exception” to a diverse patient population in Boston, as well as several suburban satellite offices. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, an ambulatory surgery center, and a modern clinical care facility.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have completed an approved residency training program in ophthalmology, an approved fellowship in oculoplastic and orbital disease, and be board-certified or board-eligible. Experience in teaching and prior academic productivity is desirable. Salary and rank will be determined according to experience. Applications should include a letter of introduction and a CV.
