Glaucoma Specialist, Ophthalmologist

The Department of Ophthalmology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine/Boston Medical Center is seeking a full-time Ophthalmologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level specializing in Glaucoma to practice in our urban hospital setting. All subspecialties are represented amongst our faculty members. Applicants must have a commitment to outstanding clinical care, education, and research. Our mission is to provide “exceptional care without exception” to a diverse patient population in Boston, as well as several suburban satellite offices, and the Veterans Healthcare System. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, an ambulatory surgery center, and a new clinical care facility.
Candidates must have completed an approved residency training program in ophthalmology, an approved fellowship in glaucoma and be board certified. Prior experience in an academic health-care setting is desirable although not required. Salary and rank will be determined according to experience.
