Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM), Department of Psychiatry, has opportunities for Addiction Psychiatrists to join our faculty.

Led by Dr. David Henderson, the Psychiatry Department is seeking skilled, passionate, mission driven Psychiatrists. This is an opportunity to become a member of a growing academic department with a range of clinical opportunities and potential for research/educational contributions. In this role, psychiatrists will provide acute and longitudinal outpatient services in our new clinical space. 

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree
  • Board eligible/certified in Psychiatry
  • Experience in Addiction Psychiatry desired
  • Preference for board-eligible/certified in Addiction Psychiatry or ABMS/ABPM in Addiction Medicine

Overview Department of Psychiatry: The Department of Psychiatry, located at our main campus in Downtown Boston, has a range of ambulatory-based clinical opportunities reflective of an exciting period of departmental growth. We are expanding our care for a diverse, underserved patient population facing a range of behavioral health, and often co-occurring physical health conditions. We are seeking skilled, passionate, mission-driven psychiatrists who are looking to make an impact.

Compensation:  Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine ​(BUCASM) offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. A Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine ​(BUCASM) appointment will be offered commensurate with academic qualifications.
