POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinates program monitoring and activities and is responsible for the daily operations and decision making that supports a specific program or initiative.Prepares data and related materials for reporting to funding and regulatory entities. Ensures that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. Provides training, guidance and oversight to assigned staff. Reviews weekly case loads, monitors and evaluates that staff are following approved protocols and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Services or related field is required

EXPERIENCE:

  • At least two years experience with data collection software tools or experience in healthcare, medical or research environment.

  • Previous clinical research or public health experience preferred.

  • Experience with program evaluation and monitoring preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office databases and other applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers.

Compensation Range:

$25.48- $37.02

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
