Position: Nursing Supervisor
Schedule: Per diem
The Nursing Supervisor is an administrative management position that represents nursing administration. The Nursing Supervisor assesses the overall daily hospital environment and operations, is accountable for problem solving and initiating immediate, effective action as well as maintaining daily staffing levels
Position: Nursing Supervisor
Schedule: 36 hours/week, Night shift
Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
Required Education/Experience
BSN and at least 5 years of nursing/ICU experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
MSN Preferred
Patient Transfer Center experience preferred
Certifications/Licenses
Current Massachusetts RN license
BLS/ACLS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Meditech proficient
EPIC proficient
Excel Proficient
Kronos scheduling proficient
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
