POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner provides broad based professional human resources generalist support and other duties as assigned to support the overall business. This position will partner with all HR functions to implement practices, policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the Hospital's goals, culture and competitive practices. All HR staff members must be focused on the points of integration for seamless patient care, employee effectiveness and experience.
Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Nursing organization. This role serves as an advisor and trusted partner to nursing leadership, helping drive workforce excellence, employee engagement, and a high-performing, inclusive culture aligned with BMC’s mission and patient care goals.
The HRBP partners closely with Nursing leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver comprehensive HR solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role blends consultation and hands-on execution, supporting initiatives that enhance workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
You will play a key role in advancing a positive employee experience, ensuring compliance with labor practices, and enabling leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams in a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum one year of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experience.

Compensation Range:
$62,500.00- $91,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
