POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Officers and other Executive Committee members. Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant is the liaison to senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relationships. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the holistic operations of the company.
Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
Tactical
Work closely with other executive assistants from the System for scheduling complex meetings.
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.
Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.
Operational
Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Manage the Executive's contacts.

High School Degree
Working Conditions and Physical Effort:
Ability to work OT during peak periods.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.

Compensation Range:
$30.05- $42.07This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
