Dermatologist – Boston Medical Center South (BMC South)

Position Summary

Boston Medical Center South is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing outpatient Dermatology service. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, health equity, and multidisciplinary care. The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of general dermatologic services and participate in the continued expansion of our Dermatology program.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time outpatient Dermatology role

  • Monday–Friday schedule, no overnight call

  • Provide comprehensive dermatologic care including medical dermatology, skin cancer detection, biopsies, and minor procedures

  • Opportunity to tailor the practice around areas of interest (medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex dermatology)

  • Work within a multidisciplinary network across the BMC Health System

  • Access to advanced technology and excellent nursing/MA support

  • Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care for a diverse patient population

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from accredited institution

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology

  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure

  • Strong communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care

Compensation range: $331,495 - $544,566

The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
