Boston Medical Center South is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing outpatient Dermatology service. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, health equity, and multidisciplinary care. The ideal candidate will provide a broad range of general dermatologic services and participate in the continued expansion of our Dermatology program.
Full-time outpatient Dermatology role
Monday–Friday schedule, no overnight call
Provide comprehensive dermatologic care including medical dermatology, skin cancer detection, biopsies, and minor procedures
Opportunity to tailor the practice around areas of interest (medical, procedural, cosmetic, or complex dermatology)
Work within a multidisciplinary network across the BMC Health System
Access to advanced technology and excellent nursing/MA support
Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent care for a diverse patient population
MD or DO degree from accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
Strong communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care

Compensation range: $331,495 - $544,566
The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
