POSITION SUMMARY:
The position, under the supervision of the chief operating officer, is responsible for partnering with department chairs to develop strategies for and run clinical operations across multiple departments: Family Medicine, Neurology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Radiation Oncology.
Leads a team of Sr. Administrative Directors and Administrative Directors to ensure strong operating performance of their departments and the success of the related clinical, financial, research, and academic operational components.
The incumbent will help lead multidisciplinary strategic projects for the hospital as well as ensure daily operations meet goals around quality, patient experience, and financial performance as established by the leadership team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, Healthcare management) strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Work requires at least 12 years of progressively advanced financial and administrative management experience with at least 5 -7 years directly related to hospital operations at a director level or above
