POSITION SUMMARY:

Must learn and understand the basic principles and methods used in the department, always following established protocols.

Department: Pathology

Schedule: Part Time (30 hrs/wk)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Must be a high school student (18+ years of age) with a permit to work or a high school graduate enrolled in a degreed or vocational program.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience working in outpatient areas of a hospital or in community health centers is desirable. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills and diplomacy to interact and communicate effectively.
  • Able to stay organized and ability to work independently once given direction
