POSITION SUMMARY:
The Onboarding Sr. Onboarding Project Specialist oversees the onboarding process for all new hires and rehires to ensure accurate and timely completion of all applicable paperwork, occupational health requirements, entry into the LMS & payroll system, background checks, and quarterly and monthly audit programs, as well as facilitates communication between the Recruiting team and the Compensation & Benefits team.
In this highly visible role, the Sr. Onboarding Project Specialist will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting the design, and implementation of the onboarding function at Boston Medical Center by creating a world-class positive experience for our new employees and internal partners involved in the process.
Working cross-functionally this individual will participate in the assessment and evaluation of current onboarding practices, the redesign and implementation of new processes and the continuous improvement of projects across the various HR functions. This individual will also be responsible for executive onboarding and orientation.

EXPERIENCE:
At least five years’ experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, or high volume operations role preferably in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in an operations or project management type role required.

Compensation Range:
$58,000.00- $84,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
