POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Nourishing at Home Program and Research Lead oversees the strategic development, implementation, operations, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the Nourishing at Home program within the Teaching Kitchen at Boston Medical Center. This role leads a multimodal Food is Medicine initiative that integrates nutritionally tailored food support, culinary nutrition education, health-related social needs programming, and community partnerships into clinical care delivery. The position is responsible for program operations, quality improvement activities, research and evaluation efforts, grant-related deliverables, and cross-sector collaboration with healthcare providers, community organizations, researchers, vendors, and institutional stakeholders. Working with a high degree of independence, this role guides program activities and contributes to evidence generation and innovation in Food is Medicine care models.

Compensation Range:
$83,000.00- $120,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
