Position: Research Data Associate, Infectious Diseases Research
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: 40 hours per week Hybrid (3 - 5 days on-site/week)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Boston Medical Center has an outstanding opportunity for an independent and well-organized professional to serve as a Research Data Associate (RDA) in the infectious diseases section in the I-CARE lab (Infectious Complications Assessment and Research Lab). The lab seeks to investigate and improve the care of individuals with or at-risk for infections including HIV and hepatitis C.
A critical feature of and skill set for this role is recruiting participants for an NIH-funded study and administering study instruments. The RDA will also provide research and operational support, data collection and quality assurance, and study document development. Responsibilities described in detail below.
There is ample opportunity for development within this role, which is well-supported by senior research faculty. This position is ideal for an early career professional with interest and experience in public health looking to make a substantial contribution to the field within a diverse research team. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience working with persons who use drugs, low-income individuals, persons who are experiencing homelessness.

Tasks related to routine administration of research projects including meeting attendance, minutes and notes, scheduling, and logistics of travel.
