Position Title: MEDICAL DIRECTOR for SURGICAL PATHOLOGY
Location: Boston Campus
MEDICAL DIRECTOR for SURGICAL PATHOLOGY, BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS (USA). The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine is recruiting a full-time AP/CP board-certified/eligible Anatomic Pathologist who has strong skills in general surgical pathology or years of experience in practice with focused other subspecialty.
The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated interest in surgical pathology service, administrative leadership, quality management, and education of pathology residents, and medical and graduate students. There is an expectation of scholarly activity including collaborative research and publications, but the candidate will not be expected to submit grants for extramural funding. The successful applicant will also receive an academic appointment at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, at a rank commensurate with experience.
