POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager serves as a strategic architect and trusted advisor for Nursing, driving people strategies that align with organizational goals. Leveraging deep business acumen, the HRBP Manager collaborates with leaders to shape and implement innovative solutions in talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role bridges strategy and execution by aligning human capital practices with business objectives while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
As a champion of change, the HRBP Manager leads efforts to build organizational capability, manage change initiatives, and strengthen leadership effectiveness. The role also serves as a credible activist, advocating for employees and ensuring their needs are met while balancing organizational priorities.
In addition to providing strategic consultation, the HRBP Manager acts as an operational executor, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and solutions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Provides overall strategic direction and long-term planning to ensure the achievement of the medical center’s goals and objectives. Models and incorporates BMC’s Mission, Vision and RESPECT attributes in the development and ongoing initiatives that support and anticipate the strategic business objectives of the Medical Center.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field required. Master's degree preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 7-10 years’ related experience required. Experience must include working with organizational development for a large organization and/or functional business unit. Previous experience in a Hospital setting is a plus.
