Position Summary: As a member of an unarmed security team, the Lead Security Officer provides daily oversight and operational management on a day-to-day basis, assisting the department manager with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Education: HS diploma or GED required; Criminal Justice degree or law enforcement training or education preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry, preferably in a healthcare setting. Must have a current driver's license. Fluency in a second language a plus.
Certification/Licensure: LTC preferred, IAHSS Officer certification preferred and obtained within 1 year of hire
Software/Hardware: Microsoft Office preferred, digital media preferred, Report Exec preferred
