  • Responsible for ensuring that the grounds of the Medical Center are clean and presentable.
  • Assure that maintenance department vehicles are properly maintained and inspected.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on urgency.
  • Respond to emergency situations in the Medical center.
  • Maintain tools and equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
  • Follow standard and prescribed safety regulations
  • Completes all documentation needed with established .department policies and procedures.
  • Attend hospital sponsored training.
  • Assist maintenance department personnel as assigned by Director of Facilities
  • Assist with snow removal as situation demands.
  • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.

2. Communicates effectively with internal and external customers with respect of differences in cultures, values, beliefs and ages, utilizing interpreters when needed.
