Job Description
The Employee Resilience and Wellbeing Program Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting and expanding employee resilience and wellbeing efforts for Boston Medical Center Health System employees. This role will provide coordination, resource navigation, and project management support for our Employee Resilience Program and employee wellbeing initiatives. As a key member of the Employee Resilience team, the coordinator will help execute multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing, and assist with navigating employees to the appropriate wellbeing resources offered through employee benefits. The coordinator will assist the ERP Director and clinicians with scheduling appointments, respond to requests, and other administrative duties. Some of the recurring wellbeing initiatives include the Employee Resilience Program’s Peer Support Program, individual support following Occupational Stress Injuries, Emotional Debriefings following adverse events, and system-wide wellbeing programming. There are opportunities for professional development and growth, including program management and case management.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 years of related coordination or administration experience required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: N/A
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience working in healthcare settings highly preferred.
