Boston Medical Center Health System is an approximately $8B system whose mission is to provide Exceptional Care without Exception. The Health System includes a tertiary academic medical center (Boston Medical Center), two community hospitals (BMC – Brighton, and BMC – South), a faculty practice foundation, Medicaid managed care organization (BMC HealthNet Plan), a network of community health centers, and an accountable care organization (Boston ACO). Anchored by Boston Medical Center, which has been serving Boston's most vulnerable patient population for over 150 years, BMCHS is unwavering in its commitment to serve the community and united in its vision to "make Boston the healthiest urban population in the world by 2030.”

BMCHS is seeking a Director of Pharmacy Strategy and System Innovation. This position is a dual appointment within the Pharmacy Department and Innovation functions. Innovation at BMC is a newer function at the Health System tasked with energizing and empowering the broader organization to systematically identify, develop and scale high impact solutions that bring value to patients and fuel future mission critical work.
