Position: Director, Central Processing Services
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role leads managers and supervisors to deliver reliable, high-quality reprocessing services supporting 42 surgical and procedural rooms, 57 ambulatory and inpatient locations, and 20 affiliated offsite clinics. The Director operates as the departmental subject matter expert in sterilization and high-level disinfection and partners closely with surgical services, perioperative services, infection prevention, nursing leadership, and physician stakeholders.
This role translates strategic direction into operational execution, provides data-driven insights and recommendations to the Senior Director, and ensures consistent, compliant, and service-oriented CSP operations across all sites.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, or related field required.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive operations, administrative, or financial management experience
Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare or medical institution setting
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (If none, please enter “N/A”):
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience supporting complex, multi-site procedural or surgical environments preferred
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS PREFERRED (If none, please enter “N/A”):
Relevant CSP or clinical certifications (e.g., CRCST, CER, CHL, Certified Surgical Technologist, RN) preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Compensation Range:
$104,000.00- $151,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
