Boston Medical Center Health System is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Vascular Surgery team at BMC Brighton. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an integrated academic health system committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care while advancing education, innovation, and health equity.
The APP will work collaboratively with vascular surgeons, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary specialists to provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of vascular conditions in the outpatient settings.

Compensation Range:
$109,000.00- $158,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
